Therapeutic Massage

Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massage aims to work with the client to release key areas of tension while relaxing and connecting the body and mind. Massages include Lilian Terry Homeopathic Aromatherapy complexes and Flexycupping therapy as required.

Therapeutic touch is based on the belief that disease or health challenges come from blockages or imbalances in the energy field within and around your body. Therapeutic touch aims to get the energy flowing again to help the body return to balance.

Deeply relaxing massages have physical and emotional benefits, such as helping to calm your nerves and allowing the body’s muscles to relax. Through increased circulation, this massage also helps to soothe aches and sprains, boost immune function, relieve stress and lower blood pressure. When muscles are overworked, an accumulation of waste products such as lactic acid can cause soreness, stiffness and even muscle spasms.

Release Tension

Relaxation Massage may help the body rid itself of these toxins, reduce muscular tension, and assist in releasing endorphins, the body’s natural repairing agents. This has been known to help relieve stress-related issues, improve sleep quality and promote a better sense of relaxation and well-being. Massages include Lilian Terry Homeopathic Aromatherapy Fluidless and Cellu therapy massage wrap with Flexycupping if indicated.

A gentle massage to stimulate the circulation of lymph fluid around the body. This helps to rapidly speed up the removal of wastes and toxins from a sluggish lymphatic system. Lymphatic massage can aid in preventing swelling after injury or surgery and is thought to boost your immune system significantly.
